Program terms and conditions

Eligible participants

Referrers: Includes parents and current students of the English for Teens program, students in the English for University & University Pathways programs, and current students at any RMIT Vietnam campus. Referees: Students aged 11 to 17 who have not previously enrolled in any English program at any RMIT Vietnam campus.

Reward redemption policy

Referrers can choose to receive a reward immediately after each successful referral, or accumulate referrals until November 31, 2026, to reach a higher milestone for a reward of greater value. Rewards from different milestones cannot be combined. Pick up rewards at the School of English & University Pathways Office, Room 1.5.30. Electronic products are subject to the warranty policies of their respective suppliers.

General terms and conditions

RMIT Vietnam shall not be held responsible if the information provided by the referrer regarding the referee is inaccurate, resulting in either party being unable to receive rewards under the program. RMIT Vietnam shall not be held responsible if a referrer completes forms or shares information on behalf of a referee without the referee's explicit consent. RMIT Vietnam reserves the right to contact the referee to provide consultation on courses and promotional programs at RMIT. RMIT Vietnam reserves the right to amend the program content or adjust the program at any time in accordance with applicable laws. The program is not applicable to RMIT Vietnam staff members or their direct dependents who are already benefiting from the staff tuition fee waiver policy. Referral tuition discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional programs or offers. Referral tuition discounts are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

How to participate

Step 1

The Referrer obtains consent from the Referee to share their information with RMIT for consultation on English programs for students aged 11-17.

Step 2

The Referrer completes the registration form provided below.

Step 3

The Referee receives professional consultation on English programs for students aged 11-17. A referral is considered successful once the Referee officially commences their course.
